We have never had bad food there. It is busy I must admit but when your food is always good, that is what happens. We usually order carry out. Only one time did an item get missed when delivering it to us. We called and they put the error in their system and we received the item the next time. We were however given the choice to have it delivered again or credit. That was our choosing. We are very satisfied customers and will continue to order.

This is the best pizza I have had ever. I used to think Uno's was a great place and they are nationally known. I had Famularis and they can't be beat. At the start their business was busier than they could handle but that is because they are so GOOD! They have since adjusted their staffing and I never have to wait.

I COMPLETELY DISAGREE WITH ACCOUNTINGGIRL. BEING IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE I KNOW THAT EVERY RESTAURANT HAS THEIR OFF NIGHTS. I HAVE EATEN AT THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL BELIEVE THEM TO HAVE THE BEST AND MOST AUTHENTIC PIZZA IN TOWN. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS POLITE AND HELPFUL, AND I ALWAYS RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN THE QUOTED TIMES, UNLESS IT HAPPENS TO BE A VERY BUSY FRIDAY NIGHT, WHICH IS TO BE EXPECTED FOR ANY RESTAURANT. IF ACCOUNTING GIRL WOULD HAVE STUCK AROUND LONG ENOUGH TO TRY THE FOOD I AM CERTAIN THAT HER REVIEW WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR REALLY AUTHENTIC HOMEMADE PIZZA.

After my experience at this restaurant, I will never go back and I will never recommend them to anyone else. Our server was annoyed, frustrated and overwelmed the entire time. We waited 1 hour for two pizzas which never came. We were told our ticket got lost and they never made our pizzas. We decided not to wait for them to finally make the pizzas and left instead. They actually charged us for our sodas before we left. I can not say enough about their horrible customer service!!



I called the following day to speak to the restaurant manager to let him know what happened the night prior, however, he told me he was too busy to speak with me and I would need to call him back in three hours!!!



With this kind of customer service, I do not understand how they expect to stay in business very long!



Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else!!
