Weasel. Slim ball. Half asses everything. Black mold cover up. And dirty crocked landlord house was full of bed bugs had to throw everything away when we moved. When we complained he evicted us. Slum lord

I never personally did business with this man but lived near the majority of his properties and have had the pleasure of dealing with this man and getting to know how shady his practices are by talking to his tenants. First of all, his rates are astanomical and super expensive, a few of his places had mold and he refused to fix it, he proudly will tell you he is racists against Jews by telling you he is an anti-Semite like that is something to be proud of. He is cheap and his properties are falling apart he obviously rigged the last two reviews because he is subpar at best and everyone knows it the turn over rate of tenants is crazy partly due to how much he charges in the crummy run down drug riddled neighborhood. Avoid this mans properties like the plague. This is what we call a slum lord folks!

I have rented from GFJ properties since 2011. He is a great landlord. When I need something fixed, he is there within a reasonable time frame to fix the problem. I have never had a problem with this business.

I currently rent from GFJ Properties , I have for four years, I have never had a problem, with cleanliness or with any operating flaw with running a business. He is well mannered and easy to speak to at all times. He understands problems arise and will work with you on payments. Sincerely.
