Recently Goodwill decided to no longer give refunds. Ok. A few weeks ago I went in and paid for a sewing machine that came with a 1940's sewing chair. I didn't want the machine but I bought it because it came with the chair. This was early evening.I told them I would come pick up next day.I was there by 10 am next morning and they had SOLD the chair I already paid for! I told them I didn't want the sewing machine that I had really only wanted the chair but they would NOT refund my money.I was told if I could find something for the same amount they would replace it.I was so angry and of course there wasn't anything there I wanted at that moment.Today I went back and found an item that was $6.49.I asked the manager if he would take that amount off the $20 that I paid for the chair.He said he would even trade me. He never gave me anything saying I would get credit. He also walked off and seemed like he really didn't care as we were talking about it. I feel like they stole my money.

There is a piranha tank mentality at this store. The "flea marketers" attack merchandise as it comes out of the back room. These people camp out or loiter the entire day waiting for new items to come out. I have witnessed more than one altercation at this location. They plant themselves right in the middle of the aisle and block other shoppers. I have witnessed couple who are flea marketers throw their cart in front of other people as merchandise came out. I have shopped at many Goodwill stores and nothing like this seems to ever happen. It is a very unpleasant place to shop as a result. Loitering should not be permitted. THESE PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC, IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SOMETHING VIOLENT OCCURS. I JUST HOPE THAT THIS ISSUE IS ADDRESSED BEFORE SOMEONE LOSES A LIFE OVER JUNK!!!

The store itself is great. Management needs a lot of work. You don't grab something from someone hands and then start to walk to the back. I'm not going to mention the manager name that was there but I have had conflict with this guy two times. Got a hold of district and they told me that they didn't have rating that this star was when the store was made.This store is way over price on some items especially the stuff that is broken and put out on the shelves. A lot of work, and the district management needs to know whats going on. They don't even return your phone call, someone else does. I rate this store a zero no star.
