I have been to multiple locations and have never had an issue until this location. My first visit to this location I received a hair cut with only one small issue. I thought that on my return, my second cut at this location, I would express my concern and the issue would be reslolved. This was not the case. Instead she proceeded to do everything I asked her not to. And the end of the hair cut I had expressed my concern that my original issue was still present. But at this point it was to late to properly correct. Basically by the end of the cut I have no hair on the sides of my head. I little bit of short fuzz on edges of the top with a Mohawk in the middle. This lack of ability to follow direction has ruined this location for me and I will not be returning to Great Clips again. If you are a male and want you hair cut I suggest you go else where.
