under staffed, unprofessional: I overheard management belittling one of the staff members.
Would not recommend.

I went to the Summerville location and a patient was being overly dramatic and the doctor who was asking me what was going an just left out and came back 30 min. Later with 4 perceptions +one was for lupus which I don't and never did have+ and told me to take them and said he had to deal with the other woman then I left to go to the north Charleston facility because he told me to just come back tomorrow the north Charleston office front desk girl calls the Summerville office as if I'm lying about being seen and after the Summerville office confirming I was there she then stated I have an out standing bill from '09 I was a minor I had no knowledge of this bill and I have been seen there several times since and maybe thats why the doctor stopped seeing me but he could of just told me i had money to pay the bill and i actually paid the north charleston before i left because u know im never coming back I will never ever recommend anyone to go here do yourself a favor go to your own doc.

I called in advance to find out how much a visit would be and was told it would be $108. Then I get charged $189 and their explanation is that it is "up to the provider" to decide how much they want to charge. Seems like quite a scheme to me! The other urgent care facilities I called for prices were much less than $189 and I would have gone to one of those, had I known HealthFirst was going to rip me off. Try Concentra, Doctor's Care, or Nason before going here!
