I highly recommend Lowcountry Orthodontics. You can feel the friendliness of the staff upon arrival. They are well-informed and warm regardless of the time of day you visit. Once you meet Dr. Fulcher, you understand why the staff is so caring and professional because he is EVERY time we visit. We are on our 3rd child (set of braces). The staff goes to great lengths to make the patients and family members feel like family. The waiitng areas are always clean and inviting complete with free drinks and a game room for siblings. Each year, Dr. Fulcher and his staff host a back to school event that is absolutely awesome and very generous. The staff has been wonderful and thorough when explaining treatment plans and helping our family set up payment plans that we could work with which is the MOST important factor in choosing an orthodontist. Dr. Fulcher is an honest man who will give you his opinion about what needs to be done immediately and what can wait which makes it evident that he is truly there for the patients and not just doing business for the sake of money.

Fast, friendly, and courteous every time! I love this office. If you need to get in for an emergency they have your back. They honestly care about their patients. You will want to go back after your first appointment. We have never had an issue at all with this office. Its always clean. There is an area for kids to play. You never have a long wait. They normally tell you about how long the appointments will be when you schedule them, so you know what you are getting into. They explain the plans so you understand.
