My 4yo daughter just finished her first year with Magnolia Dance Academy and we were thrilled with the school and will be returning next week for the next session. The staff are all very friendly and kind, I feel like they truly care about my child and her dance experience. The end of the year recital was a beautiful production and we can't wait for her next show! I grew up in some of the top rated dance studios in MA and I couldn't be happier to have my child have the same experience here in SC.

I found the owners and management rude and very disorganized. The additional fees built up quickly especially the closer one got to the performance. I felt the school and clients were not receptive to a father who is active in his childrens lives and does not subscribe to the mommy club. I do not recommend this place.

Stay away! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there. I completely agree with momof05's comment on how rude and extremely disorganized Magnolia is. I gave it one star because this is the minimal score I can give and that's being kind.

The management does a poor job in informing the parents of all the hidden charges that just keep piling on and we felt this was a money pit. Having to purchase tickets for the child performing in the rehearsals is completely farcical! Get your act straight and be more organized and forthright with ALL your fees!

I am so pleased with the values of the owners of this dance school. They really care for their dancers and try to give them a professional outlook to make a dancers dreams come true. The staff, appearance, cleanliness and professionalism of the entire school has truly impressed both my husband and myself. It really reminds me of the wonderful dance school I attended years ago. Knowing I had someone that cared about me "like family".

I am so thankful to everyone at Magnolia -Teachers, owners, employees, parents and all the wonder dancers who did such a wonderful job performing at this years recital. Go Magnolia !!!

I would like to address the review below. I have a child enrolled in classes. My daughter just took her first year of dance at Magnolia and I loved everyday i walked in there facility with my child. I was always greeted with and smile and the enviroment was always so uplifting. The owner and staff are all extremly friendly and where excillent teachers and role models for my child. I can not wait to re enroll my child at Magnolia for the fall season to continue dancing as my little ballerina! I did not see any rudness or a bad enviroment at all and find the below reveiw very incorrerect in my opinion.

I had my daughter enrolled here untill Christmas. The staff is so rude that I could tolorate it no longer. I do feel the instruction level was excellent but I could not abide the owners or office staff. They are obviously put off by dealing with the mothers and the children. Everything that is asked of them is met with sarcasm and total rudeness. I had my older child enrolled in another dance acadamy prior to this one but switched because it was closer to my home It is a mistake I would not reccomend to others. They were rude about letting me watch my baby in her first dance classes. They are completely disorganized and just rude rude RUDE!!!!!
