Fast, friendly service and great food

We called to order a pizza(we normally order from the Moncks Corner location)we were placed on hold for 10 min and then was greeted by a young lady who did not know what the specials were or if they carried breaded chicken for the pizza.She put me on hold again and someone else finished the order. The pizza arrived 1.5 hours later and is was incorrect and only one pizza came when we ordered two. I called back to speak with a manager, she got on the phone and it went down hill from there. I informed her of the mistake and her response was ummm and what exactly do you want me to do about it? Well I need another pizza to feed the people that are here, so what can we do about it I asked? She said the order was read back to you before they hung up and you should have said something then, have a good one and HUNG UP... I am trying to reach customer service now on this.. ALL over a pizza !!! Never will order from the Main Street Location in Summerville again..
