They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Decent selection of herds and freindly staff. These negavtive reviews are just customers that didnt listen to instructions on products. Over all i give them 4 stars of 5 there wasnt a huge selection of herbs but like i said it was decent for a beginner herbalist like me

I was a long time customer. I will no longer give this place my money and i strongly recommend others do the same. I purchased a pricey vape pen from this business, and it didn't work correctly from the start. The battery wouldn't stay charged, and the heating elements in the device broke after two uses. I first went to the store a day after purchasing it and was told no refunds or exchanges. I contacted the company that made the pen, sent the pen to them at their request, and the pen was returned to me with no resolution because it was a counterfeit unit. The company provided the indicators to show why it isn't one of their units. I contacted Shaman's to let them know, and was told they use a "certified distributor", and that it could not be fake. I advised them that the company that makes the pen informed me that they do not use distributors, but instead distributes themselves directly to the retailer, and Shaman's is not on their list of certified retailers. I was very polite, and understanding that they can't issue a refund, but instead asked for a full or even partial store credit. I was told no.

Think twice before buying any high price item here, as they WILL NOT stand behind their products sold, and they sell counterfeit products that don't work.

I informed them that i was a longtime customer of theirs who would have to take my business elsewhere. They didn't care

I've been to this location a million times! It's the ONLY location I have ever been to, and the only smoke shop I've ever bought anything from. I will NO LONGER BE GIVING THEM MY SERVICE. I was treated so horribly today! I went to the BACONS BRIDGE location (the only one I've EVER been to) with my dad, for the sole purpose of buying a rubber gasket for his hookah. We bought his hookah from this store last year and it has always been missing a rubber gasket. We finally decided to return to the store to buy it. When we got there we told the owner and worker that we were there to buy a gasket, as the hookah we bought there a while ago didn't come with one. They instantly became VERY defensive and began insisting that we never bought that hookah from their store, because they have never seen or carried any hookah of that sort. They continuously insisted that we got it from a different location and that there was no way it came from their store. The owner, quite rudely, told us she knew all her merchandise and we were wrong about where we bought it. We tried to nicely explain that we weren't trying to return the hookah, we just wanted to purchase a rubber gasket. She told us they didn't have the proper gasket because the hookah simply came from another store. I pointed to the shelf were we picked it from, there were even other identical hookah cases as ours. I can't believe she implied that we were so incompetent that we didn't know what store we were in! It's the only store we ever go to, and we go QUITE frequently to buy sheesha! I'm appalled and quite frankly will never give my business to this store ever again!
