I had to sign a contract with them before they would treat my home, which I agreed to do, when I paid for the initial quarter's worth of treatment. The treatment was worthless. Before payment was due for the second quarter, I tried to cancel the contract, but I was referred to some "center." I assumed that since I made no additional payments for the subsequent quarter (and they hadn't provided further treatment), we were even. I was wrong. Terminix' quest for a pound of my flesh was turned over to collections.
