Kikback Cleaners story began in January of 2019 when my partner and I noticed the cleaning industry was in need of a cleaning company who focused on providing the best value possible. A main focus of our company was providing value to our customers by offering a cleaning service for a price that is economical for the customer. We were done with the industry standard cleaning and wanted to provide a thorough cleaning for our customers as a standard. We have worked in the cleaning industry for 7 plus years and have seen many cleaning companies who failed to communicate properly with customers when something wasnt done properly. This was due to most cleaning companies having no systems in place to deal with issues, using outdated equipment and cleaning solutions, and giving surprise charges to the customer. We knew the company had to provide excellent value, have good quality control standards, had to maintain consistency and had to be reasonably priced while being clear with what is offered in our services. We started with just our residential cleaning service, but today we have expanded our services to provide our clients with multiple cleaning solutions and applications. Kikback cleaners was started and all services were designed with the customer in mind. Getting feedback from all the customers I served when I worked in the cleaning industry allowed kikback cleaners to tailor our services and everything we do around the customer.
