Provided by YP.comWorst experience ever, the receptionist lies about appointments if you purchase a groupon so the groupon expires and they take your money. I would advise not to buy a groupon from them and if so, get a refund.

Provided by YPmobileI write opposing all negative reviews below. I have been a Patient First patient for nearly 12 years. In that time, not once have I experienced pain, not once have I experienced anything but pleasantness and professionalism from the staff and Dr. Reilly himself. And in that time, I have come to think of Dr. Reilly as not simply my dentist but a top professional whose consideration for my financial limitations and personal well-being have been nothing short of startling. Contrary to the other posts, in over 10 years, I have never seen or heard any patient complain or express any unhappiness about care or billing. I continue referring patients, none of whom have ever complained to me about that referral. Dr. Reilly is an exceptionally skilled, dexterous and intelligent dentist akin to a surgeon. His staff have treated me with pleasantness and respect for well over a decade. For anyone that has the slightest hesitation about this practice, contact me at [email protected]. I will entertain legitimate, honest questions and concerns. For those, I am convinced miscommunication is likely the issue. I am appalled at the anonymous attacks on this good man’s practice, reputation and good will in the community. It takes a lifetime to build a practice and that ought not be undermined by disgruntled anonymous attacks such as some of these posts. I urge you to do one thing: schedule a visit. Don’t believe me – believe the experience. A bad dentist is like having twice the pain with a dental problem. A great dentist is like having a shield for you against years of dental pain and expense. This is a great dentist indeed.

Provided by YP.comAgree with all the reviews. The practice is terrible and treats patients like sources of money instead of people. They are opaque with insurance coverage and costs explanations and generally have a cold/arrogant demeanor. I agree the hygenist is good and a bright spot in the practice. I moved recently but will continue to go to my old dental practice in the city from here on out.

Provided by YP.comCleaning is good, treatment (e.g. fillings or god forbid root canal) – no way – avoid!
My dentist moved practice and instead of driving 2h to new location I decided to try new dentistry. Cleaning was actually very good, girl who done it was very careful and professional… but once they attempted to treat cavity (actually he - black man).. I wish I drove 2h instead (had to do it anyway to fix).

Provided by YP.comI moved to Summit a couple of years ago and needed to find a dentist quickly and found this office due to its convenient location. I do not have experience with Dr. Sandoval so cannot comment on her but Dr. Riley is terrible. His staff made a mistake on the timeing of my insurance and I have never been treated so badly by a "professional" in my life. He basically accused me of lying or not knowing how insurance works and tried to charge me without insurance coverage because his office staff was misinformed. I have since found a new dentist who is great and hope to save others from going through what I had to.

Provided by YP.comI used quotations on "Dentist Practice" because this office is run more like a business than as a practice. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes, barely seeing the doctor but her tech. I was refused a teeth cleaning and only given X-rays at my one and only appointment and told that this was "standard protocal" - which do not be fooled, this could not be further from the truth. They are merely trying to obtain yet another co-pay from you. When I scheduled this appointment I called ahead and confirmed with the receptionist that the doctor I would be seeing was in-network with my insurance. I also called my insurance to double-check and my rep gave me a website to confirm listings. On the day I went in for my appointment, my copay was accepted and they tried to make plans to schedule my cleaning. I was so put-off with the office and their procedures that I did not do so. I only paid my copay at the time of service and was later billed IN FULL for those x-rays, since I happen to be an OUT OF NETWORK patient. NO ONE told me this information. Not my insurance, not the receptionist, and I had proof of that. Months after, they were still listed as actively participating in my plan on my insurance's website. I filed an appeal and my insurance paid them. I asked that they not contact me further and just yesterday I received a letter in the mail urging me to schedule my cleaning. Their grammar is not even correct in the letter that they sent out. If anyone sees this message and still decides to go to this practice, consider yourself warned. They function primarily as a business. I raised several concerns within my very short time with the doctor and she brushed them off. She also had no idea about how to make a night guard for me. This was something I asked about when I made my appointment. The office is beyond terrible and I would hope nobody has to go through what I went through. Try to find a doctor who will administer care, not treat you like a business transaction.
