A close family friend passed away - I had ordered a very expensive flower arrangement from our family and called Curnow Funeral Home to specify that I wanted to make sure the flower arrangements were sent for the funeral. i was told that would make sure that they got to the church - it never happened. in fact, none of the flowers were sent. I am sure there was probably a good explanation. but my personal feeling is when a family is grieving - they should not have to remember things like that.

My brother recently passed at his home, on Memorial Day weekend - They came and picked him up and handled the situation in a very professional manner. When I went to make the arrangements it wasn't creepy or uncomfortable - It was very affordable compared to the funeral home we used when my mother died three years ago. Brian Curnow was a very helpful, caring man who did not capitalize his business on my emotional grief. I will recommend him to everyone I know. It is a hard enough time without the funeral industry taking advantage of peoples emotions in a time of loss. My gratitude to Brian Curnow.

My brother, Larry died and they automatically knew the best all around care the family would need. They didn't play on your emotions - thinking the most expensive for the deceased was what you should do if you didn't make you less than. Brian Curnow has experience working with other funeral homes that did just that. ###He has cut the expenses in + for me. Everything from picking Larry up at Harborview, getting just the perfect casket, dressing him in a wonderful outfit we picked out for him, arranging the viewing at their funeral home - which is a older home in Sumner that worked beautifully in a setting that was comfortable for all the family.###Immediately taking Larry after the viewing to his finally resting place 60 miles away. ###They were very understanding and sensitive to all family members.###I particularly enjoyed the professional manner in which they helped above and beyond getting the video done for his memorial and monument help which isn't even part of the package.
