I had a broken tooth/filling repaired by Dr. Beaudet the other day and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The entire experience was very pleasant from start to finish including the front desk staff. I expected much more pain going in and was pleasantly surprised with at most mild discomfort that I experienced throughout the procedure. I am a physician myself and was very impressed with how well the staff conducted themselves throughout my visit. I will certainly be back for any care needed and will not hesitate to refer family, friends, and patients of my own to Dr. Beaudet.

Been a patient for over 10 years and wont be going back because of the receptionist and a few of the other new staff. The receptionist is an older lady I would say at retirement age and doesn't know how to interact with people. She is pushy, rude and has given me misinformation. After telling her I could not afford to come back as I would have to pay out of pocket for an additional procedure she went on to tell me that I had better start saving for it. If I wanted financial advice I would have asked for it. I was so offended. My family and I are going through a lot and I don't need some old lady giving me attitude because of my finances. The time before that she told me I would owe nearly $100 after my insurance was billed and asked for the money up front. I told her no that they can bill me the remainder after it had been run through my insurance. I didn't like that she asked for it like that and when I told her no she wasn't happy about it. When I got the bill is was actually more like $40. I don't know if she was trying to pocket extra money for herself or she just assumed it would be that much but I really don't like people trying to rip me off!!! The dentist Denise Lo is good. Very gental and calm lady I have nothing bad to say. But the only hygentist on staff that I like is Barb. Barb treats everyone like family and is so great at her job, very caring and non judgemental. I had other hygentist their and they just aren't as great. One of the others slipped and cut my gums and I could taste blood for hours after I had left their office. I knew that she had felt bad, I didn't say anything or make to much of a fuss but would rather not see any there but barb.I am a customer who shows loyalty and shows forgiveness but after several visits over a few years since this new receptionist has been there I see no point but to find a different clinic to go to. With as many dentist that are out there I really have plenty of good options to choose from especially ones that are closer to where I live. I had been traveling 20 plus miles for the last few years just to keep the same care. With gas prices, traffic and bad experiences I have just had it.

In the interest of full disclosure, Denise is a friend of ours. Since we (my wife and I) both think so highly of her personally, we decided to give her a try professionally as our new dentist. In the simplest terms, we could not be happier. Now keep in mind that to visit her office for appointments we have to travel a significant distance--from Sammamish--so it isn't exactly convenient, but it is worth the trip? The answer is a resounding YES! She's as good as they come; conscientious, professional, thorough, dedicated, and on, and on, I simply can't say enough. But enough about her, she's also got a great, friendly, and professional staff! If you're in the market for a new dentist, this is a no-brainer, even if you have to drive a little to get there.

Dr. Lo is the best dentist I've ever had, I'm grateful to have found her.

Great dentist and great person! I will fly from the east coast to the west coast to get treatment from Dr. Lo! And her hygienist is also superior!
