I am very unhappy with the unprofessional service that I received for a simple resurface of a bathtub. They moved the furniture in my apartment for some reason they move the dining room table and when they put it back smashed my work briefcase between the dining room table damaging the leather and in addition they left my wet bath mat on top of the wood dining room table for some strange reason instead of leaving it on the ground outside the bathroom. Also when I returned 8 hrs later to find they did not take the proper steps to ventilate the apartment after doing the work. I left the ceiling fan on before I left and a window cracked hoping that they would open another window when I returned however the ceiling fan was off and not a single window was even opened or cracked also a fan in the bathroom was turned off it could've been exhausting the air through the external vent the entire eight hours I was gone I'm not sure what incompetent people would not leave the fan on in the bathroom to ventilate the toxic smell after doing work, obviously they have no consideration for their customers health. Also when I returned they did not remove the plastic in the bathtub area and did not remove any of the paper from the towel bars took me almost 20 minutes to remove all the debris and vacuum the carpets from the mess they left in the apartment this is not acceptable and not professional to damage a leather briefcase that was not even in the bathroom either. And the worst part of the entire thing is that there are three large air bubbles in the resurfacing work that they completed meaning that the air bubbles will pop over time and they will have to come back and do the work and recharge for the same exact service they did not complete thoroughly the first time. Obviously this company does not care about other people's personal property or does not use commonsense I would not recommend using this resurfacing company in the future!
