Freight was to be delivered 12/8. A call to their customer service said it would not be until 12/11. The website still says 12/8. Tracking is very poor as is customer service. Hold times on the phone can be 15 minutes. Possibly I am not the only one calling to complain.

When I finally reached someone the information was that there were mechanical problems with the truck. It is now going to be 12/12 at the terminal with delivery 12/13. Based on this very poor unacceptable performance, who wants to bet the driver won't be at the terminal at noon on 12/12.

This is a date sensitive piece of equipment that needed to be here Friday, at the latest.
