Nice Place, Great Staff !!!

Great stay for the money. Not the newest place, but everything is clean and the staff is totally awesome. Disregard the guy that posted in 2010 about the homeless. I just spent a week at this place (on a business contract) and never once saw anything along those lines. They have an ice machine (hard to find these days), have fresh coffee in the lobby all the time, and the beds are really comfortable. 50 yards from a pretty good Mexican restaurant and 300 yards from a pretty large shopping center. Downsides are the TV's are small (picture is great, just small old crt's), and you have to flip channels as there's no programming info available. I also wish they had guest laundry facilities (there's a laundromat a couple of blocks away though). The location and price, however, outweigh it all. Add in the great staff and this place is not only a great place to stay but a bargain too. I will definately be back ...

Don't do it

This place is a dump, I have never stayed in a more disgusting place in my life, they rent to the homeless that live there by the week, that should say it all.

Great Stay in Sumner

We came down on Memorial Day Weekend to spend time with parents, and ended up staying here. It was a nice and quiet place. Rooms were clean and rates affordable. Next time I come back, definitely stay here again.

Great Place

We had a great stay at The Sumner Motor Inn. Everyone that worked there were very friendly. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. Definitly a place I would tell others to stay at!!!
