The restaurant is tastefully decorated & has a warm feel to it. They have a couple dining rooms & a BYOB bar with tables as well, giving both a casual & fine dining atmosphere in one place. The food is prepared with love & care by their chef & owner & doesn't disappoint. From the homemade butter & pickles to dessert there is something to please everyone. If you love chocolate don't pass up the flourless chocolate torte for dessert, it's chocolate sin on a plate! The portions are sizable & once a month, the 3rd Thursday, they put on a buffet that has a nice selection & all at reasonable prices. The wait staff is friendly & attentive, makes you feel right at home. Stop by, even if it's just for a piece of that Chocolate Sin on a Plate! It's well worth it!

Had our 20th Anniversary dinner here. I loved the decor, a rustic romantic feel, perfect for la romantic dinner for 2 or a large celebration. The food is delicious, the service was excellent & it's reasonably priced. If you love chocolate like I do, get the Flourless Chocolate Torte for dessert, it's to die for!

The Francis Kaufman house is an amazing, hidden gem. The service is top notch, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The food! Where do I start with the food.. delicious is an understatement. It’s affordable, fresh and sooo tasty. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. Be sure to bring your own wine or beer if you want a drink with dinner! :)

The soups are unbelievable and they are different every few days. The meals are large for the price. You must go and try. Its a BYOB but who cares the food is better then great. Way to go Chief. I will be back
