Provided by YP.comSo I have been looking to upgrade my contract for some time now. I went to this local authorized retailer in hopes of getting some help understanding my contract as well as trying to upgrage my smart phone. When I walked into the door I was greeted and seen rather quickly by an young woman name Jiovonna (unsure of the spelling). She reviewed my contract and then quoted me the wrong monthly amount I normally pay. When I advised her that the information she provided me was incorrect she disagreed with me. She then quoted me a new price to upgrade my contract for the same amount I normally pay (with a new two year contract). I asked if Jo could explain my current contract. Jo said that it was an older contract and that she was not familiar with it. I called the other person I share my plan with and verified that "Jo" was incorrect and decided to leave the store. I thanked the other young girl (Taylor) that was working with Jo and left. I went home and used the AT&T website to chat with an online rep and was very happy with the level of service she gave me. She also verified that Jo was incorrect in quoting my monthly bill amount. She answered all of my questions and got me set up with a new plan at a substantial lower rate. The online rep advised me that I would have to go to the local store to order my new smart phone and that they would be able to have it shipped. Reluctanly I went back and had Taylor help me with the order. When I asked if there was a way I could email the manage of this store Jo quickly advised that I would be getting a survey via my new phone. I asked for a business card so I could email the manager directly to let him know how well I was taken care of by his staff and their knowledge level (note the sarcasm). Taylor gave me a business card without an email and advised that I could call back and speak with her if I needed anything. The lack of knowledge and customer service is appalling at this location. You can tell that neither of these two employees are trained correctly to service the basic needs of an average customer. My only hope is one day the management of this store looks at this review and can help his staff get properly trained. I would avoid this store unless you are looking for substandard service and incorrect information.

Provided by YPmobileWent in to upgrade and the lady was extremely rude. Very ignorant. Was not anything she said but her tone that made me think we were in the 1960's. Really lady??? Did not think she knew the products the way a professional should. Avoid this retailer.
