I received the worst customer service imaginable from Dirt Busters. I would never use them again. They did not come to my house at the time when we agreed to set up the appointment and have not returned the voicemails that I've left during business hours at both numbers listed on their website. At one point someone from their office number called me back, then hung up on me when I told them who I was and did not pick up when I called back immediately. I've filed a report with livingsocial, which is how I found Dirt Busters, and plan on filing one with the BBB as well.
