Technician James was great and very professional. However, I was given a bill for $214 to switch out two shower cartridges that I provided. I said that is way too much. I got it worked down to $165, which Daughrity and Sons quoted $120. I should have gone with them and will next time for plumbing needs.

Regarding the review from EMMA C. I am not aware of any contractor in Sumter County that works for free. Hill Plumbing Company performed a service. While our service charge was $85 we did offer to reduce the bill to find a fair solution for both parties. Hill Plumbing Company takes great pride in offering exceptional service. Our long history in quality service is why we are one of South Carolina's oldest plumbing contractors. Since 1925 we have been serving the Sumter community. Our approach in offering honest and exceptional services has been the foundation in our role as the “number 1 in the number 2 business”.

They never informed us of a service charge.. Left within ten minutes of arrival after checking my water meter which I said I had already done and still nothing about a service charge. 3 months later we get a bill for $85. Call them, "Oopsies, it is supposed to be $35. Mistakes happen and we still have to get our money, so it is not my problem that no one informed you." Then we were threatened with a lien on our house for the $35 amidst chuckles from whoever was on the phone with us. LIVID.

This is late but a year ago Hill Plumbing came out and installed a water softener and they did an excelent job. They even came back the next day ad checked the lines again and the softener. I like the professionalism and they dont charge some crazy charge like many other companies.

I was fortunate to have Michael come out after Five O'clock to fix a faucet that was leaking. His manner was very professional and made a great impression on me of Hill Plumbing Company! Thanks for great service.

Our technician Robert was professional and knowledgeable, fixed the problem easily. Would recommend to anyone

I was charged $95.00 for them to come out and do nothing.

Call them 2 days and no one showed or called yet

The only reason I am giving them a 1blessed is zero is not an option. I would not recommend.
