I believe most people connect death when they hear the word "Hospice". After my experience with Hospice Care of Tri-County, I now associate that word with "FAMILY"! When you think you are alone in such a sad, scary and UNKNOWN time, they are ALWAYS there. Time was never an issue. It didn't matter if it was a weekend, in the middle of the night or right after they left your house. They were there to help and support you. I just don't know how I could have made it through without them. I lost my Father unexpectedly in Dec 2006. At that time, we knew that my Mother was given a short time to live due to Cancer. Cancer took her life in September 2007. Losing both parents, who were also my best friends, was enough to crumble any person. Hospice of TC never left my side. Each person of this team will always hold a special place in my heart until the day I take my last breath! Thank you God for these Angel's sent only from Heaven above....
