I visited the showroom and talked with Stephen who made the arrangements. Now the Rogue is sitting in my driveway, thanks to all of the personnel at Jones who helped. To many names for me to remember all of them.

The waiting area is nice to wait in and the workers are friendly and hard working.

I especially liked the manner in which I was treated by the sales person (Ricardo Bowman). He is a people's person, very easy to work with, I felt at ease talking with him. He was very patient when explaining the different functions of the operation of the vehicle. Overall, I was treated with dignity and respect from everyone that I came in contact with.

Sarah and I wanted to take a minute to thank you, Charles, and the rest of your team for the hard work you put into locating her new Nissan Rogue. After several "need" changes, you were able to locate a vehicle that met almost all of her expectations - she is very happy with it. We know that her changes complicated matters somewhat, but appreciate your flexibility and perseverance -especially in light of the slim margins being offered. Stephen is an amazing sales man, he really knows his stuff! He made buying this new car a breeze. I was afraid that he was going to hit me with a high pressure sale but he was very patient and made what could be a high stress situation very easy. Stephen really listened to me and was able to meet all of my needs. The car I purchased had a few extras that I did not realize that I needed until I spoke with him about it.
