I retained Michael Jordan to assist me with a pool construction issue. He failed to inform me of a Statue of repose. Due to his lack of action and poor counsel, my case was dismissed on the technicality. I was thoroughly disappointed with Michael Jordan. When I asked for refund based on my dissatisfaction he offered only 50% of fees or other ridiculous time wasting options. I offered a counter which he never even had courtesy to respond to. Here merely kept offering mediation or filing with fee dispute process. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.
