- J. B. Richburg, Inc. manufactures mechanical meat deboners. These modular devices can be configured with drilled or slotted screens, one or two piece augers, adjustable or fixed control valves, and adjustable or fixed thrust housings. Motor HP and RPM are selected to fit the application. The extremely rigid deboner frame assembly permits precise alignment. As a result, closer parts tolerances are used to improve production while permitting longer part life. It is not unusual for our augers to produce in excess of 3 million pounds of finished product. J. B. Richburg, Inc. manufactures replacement parts for other manufacturers' machines such as Prince, Yieldmaster, and Weiler. Over the last 25 years, Mr. Richburg made numerous deboner improvements and held several deboner related patents.
