I bought my clothes here to be cleaned and to have repairs done to my pants the week of Thanksgiving. This past weekend I received my clothes back with the exception of the pants that they claim were still being repaired. Could not attend a funeral for a masonic brother because of this. I returned that following Monday to pick up pants and they still were not ready. I was to attend my Grand Lodge's annual banquet and could not go because of this, once again. Banquet ticket costed me $35.00. I was asked to come back on Friday and the pants would be ready to pick up. I returned on today to get my pants and they still were not repaired or even cleaned. The excuse was that I told them to fix the waistline. which was false. They told me they would clean my next suit free of charge, but this is unacceptable for what I had to go through and miss because of this. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
