I gave it one star because I had to for this system to accept my review. Stay away from this doctors office. I had an appointment at 10:00am and you would think that a doctor couldn't get to far behind by 10:00. This doctor can do it, I waited 2 hours before leaving. I wasted 1 hour waiting in the waiting room and another hour waiting in the exam room with anyone even checking on me or apologizing for the delay. Then to top all of that off, when I was walking out the door, there was a patient getting into her car that had come in 45 minutes after me who had been seen by the doctor.

Dr. Willis has seen me a dozen times, and I was always treated like a King. His staff is very nice and caring, and they all enjoy a good laugh, unlike allot of other offices that seem so uptight. I have have 2 toe nails removed, and have never had a complaint! I DO refer any & everyone to use this office.
