HORRIBLE! The last time I was there to pick up my cat, the owner’s son said I would have to go get my cat because he was allergic to cats. Big mistake on his part because I got to see how they house the animals. I’m glad I don’t have dogs because the “kennel” is essentially an open barn where all the dogs mingle free in an open pen. I found out they just throw the cats in a random rundown room with a couch. There were rusty nails sticking out of the walls and it was not fit for any pet. I’m glad my cat was the only cat in the room because I couldn’t imagine them throwing multiple cats in a room like that.
