I was looking for beef ribs that still had all the meat, and hadn’t been trimmed down to nothing. I called around, and Al’s was the only butcher around who had them, so I placed an order. Not only were the ribs meaty and delicious, but Al had also removed the tough membrane from them so that I didn’t have any extra prep work to do before I cooked them. Great product, and great service!

I was driving and saw a sign saying they were open. So I stop in to get some meats for BBQ this afternoon. They are closed on Monday. Why would put out a sign on the side of the road saying you are open but you are not?
