Soooo our first time having a procedure here. First of all no one ever called and gave us prepping instructions for the esophagram. We called the day before (yesterday) and left message for someone to call us back but they never did so we googled instructions for prep. We got here at 7:30 this morning for our 8am procedure and waited then went up and asked how long it would be because we�d been waiting for 35-40 minutes and they proceeded to tell us that our appt wasn�t until 9. We played for them the voice message from
Last week from the office stating it was at 8am. The receptionist actually got a bit upset with me and snooty and said �well your appt is not until 9 and we can�t see you any sooner�...No apology ... nothing. We won�t be coming back here ! Valley radiology is sooo much better and accommodating. Even if this happened at VR they would have apologized at least. And the front desk receptionist... she should be fired. I worked the medical profession for 30 years and if I treated a patient like this i would have at least been written up.
