the lady who did my hair spoke very little English and did the opposite of everthing I asked. 3 inches were taken off when I asked for a trim and I am still extremely upset. my whole family has sworn to stay away from this place even though they were regulars after seeing my terribly botched "trim". Rosie should have her license taken for the sickening job she did on my hair that I'm now spending hundreds on trying to fixed. revolted by the unspeakable job she did. not enough words to explain how disgusted I am.
