I took my truck in for a grinding noise. I was told the front brakes were metal to metal. Robert told me that the rotors were able to be resurfaced and the only thing I needed was front brake pads. Robert gave the option for premium or standard brake pads. Since I tow a trailer, I opted for premium pads. The pricing was excellent and the truck was finished by the time promised.
Now I mentioned this because I had taken my truck to another shop ( I wont discuss the name) and they told me that I needed a brake rotors and brake calipers. Their estimate was $1200.00. So I'm very grateful and satisfied with Pete Nelson Automotive Honesty and the cost of the brake service of $220.00.

I have been bring my's, my mother's, and son's vehicle to pete's for many years. including my RV.

the work/repairs has always been the best! the service is always with a smile. they drive me home and pick me up. the front office (Mike) is great and has always explained the billing before and afterwards, and has called if problems arise and explained the issue. nothing gets done to your car unless you approve it! my name is Tom shimonowsky im in the phone book call me and ill tell this in person.
