We wanted an inspector who would be neutral, so we decided to find someone who did not work with the realtor. Jeff did a great job for us when we were purchasing our new home in Surprise. We could not be present for the inspection and Jeff called as soon as he was finished to let us know that it went well. He followed up with a complete report with pictures and specific details of each item that needed attention. Jeff was very thorough, accommodating to our schedule, affordable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him.
