Awful experience I showed up for my appointment after waiting in the dirty lobby for an hour I was told I would need to reschedule. The staff was rude and unprofessional. This was my first and last time going here. I would not recommend this dentist.

Unprofessional office. After months of issues & last minute cancelled appts by them, I was promised a call to confirm the final fitting of my partial denture, but had to call to see if the appt was still on. The partial was not ready & was asked to schedule for Wed. I pushed the appt. to Fri. & I got a call Thurs to confirm. When I got to the office I was greeted by name. The Dr came in and greeted us & then said he needed to go find the partials. His assistant then came in & told us they werent there. She thought she had seen them but now they couldnt find them & it was too late to call the lab that made them. Since this was not our first negative experience we asked to speak to the office manager or Dr. We were told by the receptionist that she knew they were NOT there and she had been calling the lab all day to find them. If this was true why wasnt I told the night before when the appt confirmed or called earlier that day so I didnt waste my time. I WONT BE GOING BACK.
