If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I was referred to Long's a few month's ago. I paid close to $2,000 in repair costs and my car still would pass smog or warning lights turn off. I took it to Sears and they asked me if I ever had my car serviced. I found out that almost have of the work I was billed for was never done and my poor car is going to need another $1,000 worth of work to have have a shot at running a little longer. These guys are scam artists. They kept my car for weeks and I incurred rental fees and more all to have them do nothing and charge me for it. Push , tow, drive your car to any other shop but this one.
