Any good reviews about this place are written by themselves. They do nothing but take your money. The warrantee is crap. They take your registration money and run without getting your tags handled. I'm bringing a lawyer in with me soon to get my problems with them sorted out. Terrible terrible place trust me, it's worth the extra couple bucks to go elsewhere. I wish I did.

Sent my grand daughter off lot without brakes, fixed and car broke down 6 times in two weeks! The seventh time, I had it towed off the freeway, and they wont return my calls

stay away from this place ,worst car dealership ever ,dont be fooled ,they will tell you stories after stories ,they held my deposit for a month couldnt provide the car i wanted and it took another 2 weeks to get my money back

and her boss Kelly they did everything they said they would do and we love both of the cars so i would definitely recommend them. We received

Almost 9 months and no valid registration and tags for my vehicle from What a Deal. (Not a Deal). Debra Pronzini (owner), should get rid of Kelly, the "Want a Bee" owner that lets you believe he is the owner of this place! Kelly is just a Salesman. People, Kelly is NOT the owner of What a Deal. Stay clear of Not a Deal!!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY

This was the worse experience of my life! And i'm still going through it seeing as I have to take them to court to get a solution. Kelly, the owner, does not know how to run a business, lies in the worse way. No one will ever return your phone call! Yvette, the receptionist, doesn't know what she's doing. I have a to do list, a signed contact, and now Kelly refuses to do the work! It's ridiculous. It's a scam! You will regret it!!!, stay away from this place before you get ripped off too!

i will not recommend no one to come a buy a car or truck form here the owner is a dam liar he say he will fix the problems but he will not i went to buy a 1999 Toyota Camey black 4 doors it ran good up and down the street it had some issues with it kelly the owner told me to take it home and bring it back to the next day for he could fix it. the same day i took it home i start to have engine problem the check engine light came on. So i took it back the next day and told kelly about it he told me not to worry about he will fix it. He told me it will take about 2&3 days to have it fix so he give me a rent car to use a kia rio after one week went by and no phone call from him i call but could not get a hold of him his secretary told me the car was not ready this happen for 3weeks. The car he had give me broken down on my coming back from work i call kelly he told i need to get the car to him so i use my treble A and had it tow to him. So he give me a anther renter to use it was a write f150 ford about this time my car was still not done and going for 4weeks him having it. as i was drive the ford home the tire came off as i was drive it on the freeway i call kelly and told him what has happen and told me that i need to get it to him once again i use my treble A. after this i told him i just want my money back he told me yes but took 4 business day to get it.

HE NEVER REIMBURSE ME FOR THE TOW ON OF THEM WAS 34 MILES FORM HOUSE AND THE OTHER WAS 93 MILES.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. Everything was great when we purchased my jetta, the owner Kelly was awesome and promised to get me a spare key (he only had one), promised to replace radio knobs that were missing, promised to shine up the dull headlights when I brought it in for my first oil change and I drove off with my new car. Then the nightmare began. I had to call multiple times to schedule a oil change, all the while dealing with the unbelievably RUDE secretary Yvette or something. I finally got an appointment. Surprise surprise, they did nothing about the key, knobs, or headlights... So I began taking it elsewhere for service. When 6 months had gone by and I had no registration or tags for my vehicle, I began to get frustrated. I had to call multiple times a week to get any information about the holdup for my tags. We found out through the DMV that the dealership (KELLY) had failed to register the car since the previous owner. Long story short, after 9 months of calling him, contacting the bank who I have the car loan through, the bank bringing lawyers into the mix, Kelly finally finished the paperwork that needed to be done and I received my tags. Kelly never once came through on any of his promises. Not even a courtesy call to inform me what the holdup was. I was calling this dealership 4-5 times a week and hearing the same thing from the monotoned secretary I ll let Kelly know you called and he ll give you a call back . HE NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. Do not waste your time here. Once he gets your money the table completely turns and customer service goes out the window. I ve never experienced anything so frustrating.

I went in to this dealership thinking i was going in to one of the very many dealerships that i have been to....So i put on my game face and prepared myself for the attack of the sales men! First one to greet me was Jason and I have to say i was very impressed with how he treated me and how he actually cared about what I wanted and not what he was looking to sell. Then i tried to pull the "I'm just looking and don't have any money" and to my surprise Jason wasn't phased one bit. He still sat there and talked to me about my family and joked around a little with me until i said I had to leave. WOW!! That is customer service! And they had the best prices around town for sure! Glad to have WHAT A DEAL IN MENIFEE
