If your a owner of a Assisted Living Home. Do not accept ANY of their clients if they bring clients with Dementia and Alzheimer's into your business. They may have behavior problems and they will not work with you to get their medication balanced.The nurses play doctors they will tell u their clients family doesn't like them on medication that may cause them. To be out of it there is plenty medication that can help with behavior problem without the clients being out of it. They will not call the family nor fix the problem. We as healthcare professionals suppose to work together so the clients can be properly taken care and do what's best for them not your business and reputation. The reality is some clients needs certain medication to help control their behavior. If their clients staying up all night they want even give them sleeping medication. Their hearts can only take so much and their business practices are a sure way to kill clients than keep them around along time. BEWARE
