They were useless. I ordered a bouquet of flowers advertised on their website for my mother's death. I paid for "same day delivery" which, after I called to complain after not receiving ANYTHING, was told the flowers I ordered were "out of season". What a joke. Why advertise flowers for delivery, take payment, then tell me, when it's too late, that it's my fault because the ones I ordered were out of season?! Then, to add insult, when I called the "customer service" number to inquire, the SAME PERSON answered the phone, who continued to be condescending and rude. I viewed many florists online that I could've used but chose this one instead. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. That's the only reason for this post; choose another florist if you don't want to be disappointed. Epic FAIL.

The ladies at Lakeside Florist are fabulous! My husband planned an outrageously romantic night for our anniversary, and the ladies at the florist shop went “above and beyond” helping him carry it out with very little time to prepare. They helped with every detail – down to the bouquet of flowers matching my wedding bouquet and a tiny cake topper to match the mini wedding cake my husband had made. They obviously care about their customers and will do whatever they can to make your flower occasion special.



PS They have great fudge!

The management of this store is to be commended. 100% professional, 100% quality service.

They have been the best price range and delivery in town. During the purchase over the telephone I enjoyed the helpfulness and there service. It was a great decision to pick them and they accommodate my needs.
