We used Randolph Insurance Agency to obtain insurances with their Auto Owners Insurance Company. We filed a claim for water damage on our rental vacation home relating to a severe storm in mid 2014, and supplemental damages owing to that storm progressively forward for the following 4 years.
This claim has still not been resolved and is being reviewed by the Arizona Department of Insurance (ADOI) to determine whether auto Owners has attempted to resolve this claim under ADOI standards. Auto Owners Insurance received claim notifications through their agent Randolph Insurance, and their are now two claim numbers established on the CLUE report because of this, where there should be only one claim. ( Having more than one claim on CLUE means we are now having difficulty finding adequate home owners insurance coverage, and downstream, we will have difficulty selling the home with the CLUE erroneously showing two claims, error caused totally by Auto Owners mishandling of the claim with their agent, Randolph Insurance Agency. Auto Owners Insurance is refusing to correct the error with CLUE.
