Good luck every getting through. Always a message to be left with no follow-up or confirmation. HORRIBLE customer service and billing phone rep, CAROL, rude and doesn't know one thing about customer service, communication or having people skills. CAROL was horrible! No listening skills. No customer acknowledgement. Dead air - on purpose. This employee should be fired immediately.
