Ashley has done everything she has promised, and more. Her follow-up is excellent on questions I have about working out at home and nutrition. She has taken someone who hates working out and made me into someone who looks forward to my nights when I have my 1:1 training with her. The workout is always custom to my needs and goals. I have back problems and since working with Ashley things have been great. She started me at a reeeeeallllyy basic level and now I am lifting weights I never thought I would, and liking it. People are commenting on the changes to my body, and I feel so good. She pushes just the right amount and there is so much variety in what I am doing I never get burnt out or bored. I always growl at her because she doesn’t let me skip out or underperform; but in reality that’s what I love about her most. She keeps me coming back for more.

I have been working with Ashley for about 5 months now and I highly recommend her! Ashley is an inspiration. When you work with her, not only will you will be motivated to a good start, she keeps you excited and educated about the fitness and nutrition goals that she works with you to cusomize for your lifestyle and needs. I saw results right away on the scale and feel better physically and mentally than I ever have!
