My husband and I have lived in our Goldleaf Development apartment (Hickory Point) for 3 years and have truly loved it. The apartments are nice and we have loved the loft layout and 1400 square feet of space. We love that we can barely ever hear our neighbors from inside our apartment and, we've asked, they can't really hear us either even when the TV seems loud to us or the washing machine, dryer, and dish washer are all running. The underground parking is fabulous, as is the storage unit. The staff here is wonderful - the maintenance guys are super helpful and very quick to help with anything you need. The people in the office are great too and they throw little resident appreciation events pretty much every month. We won an iPad Mini at one. It's a safe apartment complex (front door locks with buzzed entranced) that is close to Walmart, Target, Costco, Copps, Woodman's, and Aldi. We have enjoyed living here for three years and highly recommend it.

I was interested in learning more about Hunters Ridge and Hunters Creek efficiency and one bedroom apartments in Sun Prairie. I called the leasing office on Monday August, 18th asking to set up a showing on Tuesday the 19th at their latest time available. I was informed that the latest time an appointment could be made was 4:30PM and that Tuesday wouldn't work however Wednesday, August 20th would. I confirmed the date with the representative and was back to my day. When I showed up on Wednesday, August 20th and advised I was there for my 4:30 showing. I was informed there was no appointment made under my name and that their seemed to be some kind of miscommunication. No consideration or action to rectify the situation was provided. I informed the representative that I took off time of work to see these apartments however the representative could care less, they did not ask me for any further information (I.E. who I talked to, when I called etc...) or attempt to resolve or research the issue. I walked away from the representative advising that all my experience with their company would garner would be a negative review which I was informed by the representative: "Sorry you feel that way." There was no one else in the office. If there was already a 4:30 appointment, they weren't there. Why not ask if I would have been willing to wait until 5:00 or 5:30 for the next opening? If this is the way you treat a potential tenant who you haven't even sold yet I would hate to see how they treat their tenants.
