I would say DO not go there! I brought a pair of Vibram sole boots to have a sole put on. I brought a print out of the sole that I needed with a heel to be replaced. I was complimented on the quality of the Italian leather uppers that I have had for 20 years and replaced the sole previously twice before. I traveled the world in these hiking boots. I was required to pay cash $75. When I picked them up the soft upper sole was sanded and reformed and filled in to accept a flat, no heel Vibram sole. Not what I requested. Now the bridge is filled in and touches the ground when hiking. I wore them once around town to test the feel and the soles fell off. I was so mad that I waited two months before being able to calmly return to the store where they told me that it had been too long and they would sell me a tube of glue to fix it myself for $8. Seriously?! I don't care how long it has been, they have a brand new tire look to them and obviously have not been worn, with the wrong sole. They RUINED my favorite boots that I hiked the Himalayas in. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Rude and rude and rude. I called to ask how much it would cost to repair a rubber heel of one of my shoes. He said to bring it in to get an estimate. I asked him to give me an estimate about usual repairs and explained that if costs more than $10 then I might go hunting for a new pair of shoes. He told me to go buy a new pair of shoes. I said excuse me? Is that your final answer? He said "yeah if you only want to spend $10 for a pair of shoes then go buy a new pair of shoes!" I was insulted and hung up and told him about me impending review. Such is the person who gives people who support local business the reason to think twice. Rude, rude and super rude
