I had a horrible experience with Ratner PM! They are into some very shady dealings based on my experience. They are very slick and are use to cheating people. If you give them a deposit, and are a good tenant (pays rent on time, gives proper notice and leaves apt in good condition), dont expect for it to mean anything to them! They took most of my deposit for damage to the apartment there before I moved in!!! They also sent ridiculous photocopied receipts that were not from real vendors, but most likely an in-house job. You will most likely have to sue them to retrieve your money back. They will ignore you until they are legally served. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with this company and be prepared to have to file a lawsuit! Make sure to confirm the properties true ownership with the county recorder and tax assessors office to know who to sue! They are deceiving!
