I would not recommend this clinic. New patients need to go in and do all their paperwork two days of the week and before 3pm, which is fine I did that. I was given an appointment for a few weeks later at 2:30pm, well today was my appointment arrived right at 2:30 since I got off work at 2.10 and it's a 20 min. drive. I was told I needed to re-schedule my appointment because I needed to check in at 2:15. Unbelievable! I wasn't told when the appointment was given and my appointment time was at 2:30. I left and read their policies regarding appointments which states "if your appointment time is 8:am the patient has arrived at 8:03 and now is late". My appointment was at 2:30 and arrived at 2.30. It also states "we ask patients to arrive 20 minutes early" key work ask to arrive, it is not required. I waited a couple of weeks for this appointment, what a waste of my time.....
