We hired him to do a bathroom remodel. He told us he was a general contractor and that the job would take three weeks. In fact he was not a general contractor and his sub-contractor license had expired. The job took over three months to complete and we had to hire others to complete when he walked off the job. One of his subs was not paid by him and he will file a lien if we don"t pay him. The quality of the tile work was poor and sub-standard. Many of the tiles are creaked and the grout is uneven and different colors.
