I have to express my deep disappointment with the level of service and the maintenance at Memorial Pines cemetery. Over the past few visits I have noticed several issues that are deeply concerning and disrespectful to those who rest here including my loved one. I was disheartened to see the cemetery grounds were not adequate to maintain whenever there is a new burial the use of the tractor to move the grave markers and failing to place them back correctly. It has resulted in chaotic and uneven appearance the graves are no longer leveled and it appears to be haphazardly arranged which is far from the respectful and serene environment one expects at the cemetery. Making it difficultly to walk safely. Additionally the disregard for the sanctity of the existing plots is evident in the way trash is handled instead of respecting the resting places of the departed, the cemetery staff uses tractors to collect trash causing unnecessary disruption and a mess across the entire grounds. The overflowing trash cans only compound the issue. They are rarely emptied leaving visitors to navigate a littered and unsightly environment. I believe that the cemetery should be a place of solace and respect. Not a site of neglect and disarray. I urge anybody who can help this situation to do so please. 2023

My experience with this company was terrible. Staff and management were unreceptive to our concerns and unapologetic after they rammed my loved ones head into furnace prior to cremation as 8 family membetrs watched. The workers proceeded to carry on conversations as if nothing occurred and during the entire cremation process. This company lacked sensitivity and professionalism on all levels. I deeply regret having my precious loved one here.
