Nice “green” dry cleaners. I like that I don’t need to come to their office – they offer free pickup (and delivery is free too). My clothes are always clean and delivered on time, and it’s great that they don’t have any “chemical” odor.

Great service. I don't have to worry about dropping off my clothes here. And I love the focus on being environmentally 'green'.

Best dry cleaners hands down! They are Eco friendly, great service and very professional. I requested same day pick up at my office and to deliver to my home for a dress that I needed that same day. The rep, I believe his name was Chad, made sure I had my dress in time for my event. Lifesavers!

Customer service that many business provide these days is disgraceful. I often wonder how some of them even stay in business since I am positive that I am not the only one to have these types of experiences.



One of the business I am speaking of is Dry Eco Cleaners in Miami. Normally, I do not object to paying more for quality service but when I do I expect to receive it. It is obvious that the owner is not be present often since the employees could care less if you turned around and walk out the door. Over the years, I have tried countless cleaners in South Florida and Dry Eco quality is not any different than if I walked into the local cleaners across town in Hialeah. My pants were returned but to of my favorite shirts are now gone forever and I am unable to replace them which is priceless no matter how much I might receive as compensation.



You are more then welcome to try them yourself but you will be thinking of my experience why would you invite unwanted additional stress into your life when we all have enough everyday already?

First I'd like to thanks Mr.Dean and his team for being so professional and for taking great care of me and my clothes, I have been looking for dry cleaner like that for long time and I finally found it.

The service is great! And the quality unbeatable. I have to say that I love the free pickup and delivery as well it saves me lots of time and displacement. I definitely recommend this dry cleaner!!

I moved down form New York 6 months ago, and have been struggling to find a good dry cleaners. I tried all the big names out there, and some local ones as well. No one could return my garments the way I liked it. I finally found the level of service I have been looking for. I recommend them greatly.
