Provided by YP.comI must agree with the latest reviews. The service here is shockingly horrible. Rude is an understatement...

Provided by YP.comWow... I am staying at the Trump and foolishly against all reviews went to Euro Deli. The service fit the consistent themes of a "rude" "awful" "prison camp" from the reviews below. The blond lady fits her description quite well too and I seriously wonder why she still has a job there? Anyway, I walked out and took my business and money several doors down to another deli that was terrific. I was most pleased!!!

Provided by YP.comAWFUL, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE... I don't care where you come from, but treating others with respect is a must in business. Although that seems like a no-brainer, it apparently is not. While cultures differ, I believe it is safe to say that no one takes kindly to being laughed at, and believe it or not, that is exactly what happened to me--AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. Respect is such a very simple courtesy, but in business an absolute necessity, for which the short-haired bleech-blond with blue eyes that works there truly has some very important basics to learn. Her behavior was appalling and spread to other empoyees and customers. Unless Euro-Deli is in business only to serve the local Russian community and thereby restrict potential profits, the owners would be well-advised to provide the blond lady with stern correction. I stopped her before I left to see if she could explain herself, but again, she just did not care. That is a very contagious attitude to have in an employee and God-forbid if she is the manager or owner. Anyway, while I typically enjoy complimenting establishments on great service or products, I rarely (very rarely) waste my time in leaving a negative critique, but this certainly warrants such. I am so angry over this experience that I took the time to contact each of the nearby hotel concierges.

Provided by YP.comThis deli has been open since 1999 and have the best russian homemade food in Miami.Excellent service in cozy environment. Breakfast, lunch, dinner; eat there or take out.On average about 25 different meals and 6-7 soups always available, not to mention 10-15 salads to choose from and lots of cakes and pastries for desert. And this is only a cafe part of the business.Check out a whole store! You will be very amazed!
