Located in Long Island City, N.Y., Western Queens Consultation Center is a community-based mental health agency serving individuals, children and families. It is a division of Mental Health Providers of Western Queens Inc., a nonprofit corporation that sponsors a variety of programs under an array of communities. Mental Health Providers of Western Queens Inc. operates a Blended Case Management Program, which is funded and regulated by the New York state Office of Mental Health. Western Queens Consultation Center has two centers in the New York.
